Building on a successful first-year pilot, this participant-driven learning community will meet over five (or more) sessions in 2026 to strengthen our facilitation practice. Participants bring their own expertise and challenges to support the group’s learning and will share in the leadership of the learning community. Whether you are new to facilitation or a seasoned facilitator, you are welcome to join to build and share knowledge together.  

Because this is a learning community, it benefits from a consistent group of participants. We will invite participants to decide at the end of the first session whether or not to commit to the full series of conversations.
