You’ve undoubtedly been hearing about AI for the last year, but what does it actually look like to use it well in a consulting practice that serves foundations? This session cuts through the noise and gets you into the work.
Facilitator Kelli King-Jackson will walk you through the #LeadFree framework — a practical approach to using AI that keeps your values, your clients’ trust, and your own voice at the center. You’ll leave with examples you can use in your practice immediately.
This isn’t a presentation about AI in theory. You’ll see live demos and walk away with a clear starting point for yourself and for the foundation clients you advise.
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
- Explain how AI tools can fit into the work of a consulting firm and its foundation clients, freeing up capacity to focus on the relationship and strategy work only you can do.
- Set up a custom AI project for your consulting practice that you can start using right away.
- Identify two to three specific places in your firm or your client work where AI can save you time for higher-value work.
- Start a conversation with your clients about responsible AI use and what policies they need.
What to bring to this session:
Come prepared with digital access to two or three documents from your practice (i.e. things like your firm’s bio or capability statement, a sample scope of work, or a recent publicly available report). You’ll use these to build your own custom AI project/GPT during the session.
