The Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association Foundation (POMAF) is soliciting proposals from interested entities (“Proposers”) to provide General Program Grant Development and/or Grant Administration Services to develop a POMAF grant program in 2021. The POMAF will receive proposals from Proposers having specific experience and qualifications as identified RFP. Proposals for this project must address all the criteria noted in the RFP to be considered.

1. They are looking for someone with significant experience in setting up the structure for their foundation to support a new granting program – something this foundation has not undertaken before.
2. If the consultant has worked with physician/healthcare foundations that would be a plus.
3. They have no preference regarding local or regional, however, the focus of the grant is the state of Pennsylvania. Experience in the Commonwealth would be a plus.
