Happy September, NNCG members. Please, might anyone have recommendations for participatory roles/responsibility/decision management tools that help folks address questions such as how will we work together, who needs to have input on what, etc.?  My clients have used both MOCAH and RACI charts informally in the past, but I’m interested in learning if there are other tools or processes out there – and particularly if they’re more explicitly equity-minded and a little less rigid in feel.  Any suggestions are welcome!
