The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from select institutions to collaborate with [CLIENT] to design an investment product, and structure, close and ultimately manage an investment vehicle for that product, focused on supporting farmers in the United States of America (“U.S.”) with their implementation of regenerative agriculture practices to improve environmental and social outcomes across the U.S. and generate financial returns for investors.
