Part of my consulting work is for a national firm Ekstrom Alley Clontz & Associates. The firm has a potential large foundation client that is interested in mapping the landscape of actors involved in an issue. We also have a current client that may be interested in something similar in a next phase of its strategic planning project. Both mapping projects would likely be in the spring and summer. 

 

Does anybody:

a) Have experience in using Kumu or similar system mapping visualization tools? Our firm feels competent at big picture stakeholder analysis but hasn’t done the deeper dive mapping or visualization.

b) Also have interest and availability to subcontract your expertise as a phase of a larger project? (We can talk offline about details and c0-scoping the work).
