Can you please help NNCG get the word out to grantmakers about the Disability Inclusion Pledge?

It’s a project of our partners at the President’s Council on Disability Inclusion in Philanthropy.  NNCG recently signed on to the pledge, and our Disability Inclusion Work Group will help our network lean into the pledge this year.  (More to follow on that!)

Why?

The last few years have challenged philanthropy and the communities we serve in unprecedented ways, and now more than ever your leadership in the fight for equity, inclusion and social justice matters. The pandemic, recession, and social unrest have shined a light on what we have all known for far too long: People with disabilities have been disproportionately impacted by each crisis, each budget cut, and each roll back of civil rights. Simply put, social justice requires disability inclusion.
