I have a client which is a healthcare conversion foundation in the Midwest. The CEO will retire in the next 2 years and the board is starting to plan ahead for executive search and compensation review. The CEO searched the NNCG member list and said it didn’t appear any members did executive searches (e.g. peers to a Kittleman, NPAG, Koya Partners, or other national search firms common in the foundation world).
