Hi NNCG members!

I’m looking for examples of or resources/articles about:

1) Foundations that truly make decisions and organize their work based on their core values. For example they hire/fire based on values, have made difficult decisions based on values, organize how they allocate staff time based on values (e.g., a value to build relationships with grantees results in changing how program officers spend their time), etc.

2) Foundations that have been able to strike a balance between being strategic and focused on outcomes, while also being community-driven and engaging the perspectives of those most impacted by the problems the funder is trying to address, into the work of the foundation (i.e., into the strategy development, outcomes development, strategy implementation, etc.)

Any suggestions are appreciated!
