Like all membership associations and networks, NNCG relies on membership dues to sustain its work. But dues don’t and can’t cover everything that NNCG wants to do for its members and for the field.

This tactical brainstorming session will be your chance to put your smarts to good work and help NNCG to strategize about its long-term sustainability. We will share a snapshot of NNCG’s current financial landscape to provide context for the discussion.  Everything will be on the table as we think through all of the possibilities – dues, contributions, earned revenue, grants, sponsorships, partnerships, and more.

Bring your ideas, and bring recommendations for how we can make them happen – members and the NNCG team working together. NNCG plays an important part in our lives as consultants, and all of us have the opportunity to play an active role in keeping NNCG strong and vibrant into the future.
